If you are considering moving, but don't want the hassle of selling your home or are finding it difficult to sell in the current economic climate, then why not take a look at our part exchange scheme below.

We would be pleased to consider offering our part exchange scheme on selected plots based on the following guidelines:

  • Your exisiting property should have an estimated value that is 30% less than the new home you are buying from us.
  • We will consider properties within our operating area in East Anglia.
  • If your property falls within the above guidelines, Connolly Homes will carry out an initial inspection and then request two local estate agents to prepare a valuation. We will then agree a mutually acceptable value with you based on the figures provided.
The scheme avoids you incurring estate agents fees and also eliminates the potential pitfalls associated with waiting to locate a buyer & the delays associated with this or by the collapse of buyer chains.
