The Connolly Group was formed over 45 years ago by M.F. Connolly, whose background in the building industry enabled the development of the Company to be based on a foundation of practical experience.

The company has constructed a multitude of developments ranging from starter homes to detached residences in exclusive locations throughout Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire & Northamptonshire.

All Connolly Homes developments are carefully and efficiently controlled from their headquarters near Luton. Connolly Homes prides itself on its continued attention to detail and staff training & as a result has won many prestigious awards over the years including the Daily Express Housebuilder of the Year and many other National House Building Council awards.

In recent years Connolly Homes were most proud to be awarded the title 'Best Regional House Builder, Beds & Bucks' in the Which Home South East Awards and the R.I.B.A. Regional Award for excellence in housing design.

At Connolly Homes we do things differently - we are owned by a Charitable Trust, The Connolly Foundation, which has a remit to assist the young and elderly in local communities.

The good works of the Connolly Foundation to date include grants and donations exceeding £1,000,000 which have already been committed to schools, hospice care and a welfare care centre for the elderly, together with other schemes.
